‐ Kohezija unutar struke, koju prepoznajemo kao glavni cilj djelovanja strukovnih udruženja. U dužem periodu obilježenom dubokom društvenom krizom, koji recentno dodatno otežava očito legislativno slabljenje položaja arhitekta, čvrst stav i zajednički glas jedini su jamci očuvanja profesionalnog dostojanstva. Tisuće kolega širom Hrvatske su nužan i vrijedan katalizator svih oblika razvoja i itekako su sposobni artikulirati bitne zahtjeve prema društvu.
‐ Strategija koja mora obilježavati ukupan i međusobno koordiniran rad strukovnih udruga. Tisućljetni sustav koji je na globalnoj razini osguravao ulogu arhitekta, nestao je u prahu. Zakoni neoliberalnog tržišta često su u izravnoj koliziji s arhitektonskim počelima. Jedino promišljena, aktivna, i usklađena promocija može osigurati arhitektonsku zastupljenost u svim razinama društva, a za što je potrebna i nova, suvremena i arhitekturi usmjerena, institucija.
‐ Aktivizam postaje jedna od ključnih djelatnosti arhitekata, kroz institucionalno artikuliran stručni aktivizam, zasnovan na znanju angažiranih profesionalaca. Arhitektura je oduvijek javna disciplina, no vjerodostojnost u uvjetima kontinuirane utakmice u svim kulturnim, umjetničkim i društvenim aspektima možemo postići sustavnim i općerazumljivim objašnjavanjem vrijednosti arhitektonske elaboracije. Medijska prisutnost arhitekata i arhitekture svakako je važna sastavnica ovog aktivizma.
‐ Politika je važan front ostvarenja arhitektonskih težnji. U dnevnoj zbilji, elitistička pozicija 'po strani' jednostavno više nije opcija. Arhitekti moraju osigurati mjesto uz politiku, naravno, u prvom redu, kao neovisni stručnjaci. Apolitika, koju smo izborili uz suradnju politike je snažan alat za snalaženje u mreži lokalnih i krovnih politika, stoga je treba sustavno razvijati i implementirati.
‐ Vrijednosni sustav je jedini temelj arhitektonskog rada i važan nam je konsenzus po pitanju arhitektonskih vrijednosti. Treba ih, nakon kaosa razmetnih godina, redefinirati, brižno oblikovati, razvijati i usaditi, s punom pažnjom za socijalni i geografski moment. Na mjestu spektakla i blještavila niknut će vrijednosti utemeljene na dubinskom razumijevanju lokalnih i održivih tekstura ljudi i krajolika, jedna nova arhitektura ‐ arhitektura Zemlje.

Conclusions of 4th Congress of Croatian Architects
‐Cohesion within the trade, which we recognize as the main goal of activity of trade associations. In the longer period marked by a deep social crisis, that has recently been rendered additionally difficult by evident legislative weakening of the architects' position, a firm attitude and a common voice are the only guarantors for preservation of professional dignity. Thousands of colleagues throughout Croatia are the necessary and valid catalyst of all types of development, and more than capable of articulating the important requests towards the society.
‐Strategy, which must designate the overall and mutually coordinated operation of trade associations. The thousand-year system that ensured the role of the architects at the global level has completely perished. The laws of the neoliberal market are often in direct conflict with the architectural principles. Only a well thought out, active and harmonized promotion can ensure architectural representation at all the levels of the society, for which a new, modern and architecture oriented institution is necessary.
‐Activism becomes one of the key activities of architects, through institutionally articulated professional activism, based on knowledge of the engaged professionals. Architecture has always been a public discipline, but, in the conditions of continuous competition in all the cultural, artistic and social aspects, we can achieve credibility by systematic and generally understandable explaining of the values of architectural elaboration. The media presence of architects and architecture is certainly an important integral part of this activism.
‐Politics are an important front for realization of architectural aspirations. In the everyday reality, the elitist "aloof" position simply is not an option anymore. Architects must ensure their place next to the politics, of course, in the first row, as independent experts. Being apolitical, that we achieved with the cooperation of the politics, is a strong tool for finding the way in the network of local and overall politics, so that it should be systematically developed and implemented.
‐Value system is the only foundation of architectural work and the consensus regarding architectural values is important to us. After the chaos of extravagant years, they should be redefined, carefully formed, developed and instilled, with full attention paid to the social and geographical aspect. In place of a spectacle and glamour, values based on deep understanding of local and sustainable textures of people and the landscape will arise, a new architecture - architecture of the Earth.
